about

These songs are inspired by and dedicated to all of those who are fighting to build a better world. From the jungles of Chiapas to the mountains of Kurdistan. From the forest defenders of Atlanta to the refugee squats of Athens. From the streets of Santiago to the desert of Palestine. From the cooperatives in Jackson to the Wet'suwet'en pipeline blockades.

Everywhere there is fascism, exploitation, colonial oppression and ecological catastrophe, there are people resisting it and organizing to build something better. We are not helpless as long as we have each other. Not only is another world possible, it is being born as we speak within the rotting, festering, dying corpse of the old one.

"A century ago, scarcity had to be endured; today, it has to be enforced" - Murray Bookchin
